How lucky are we to live so close to the highest quality farmland in the UK!

In Pershore, nestled amongst orchards and rolling farmland, is our fruit and veg supplier, Worcester Produce. We would mad not to source from the Evesham Valley, Wye Vale and the farms throughout Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

As soon as the produce is picked, it finds its way the next morning to Chapter. This makes us the first in line for all that a new season has to offer - the source of our spring menu. Their farms are committed to environmental sustainability and when we have visited with staff, we have seen heron, deer and butterflies in the fields skirting the orchards.
