Manila Artisan Breads.
Jay, master baker, has been baking the bread we sell at Chapter for the past 6 months. His focaccia is to die for! Originally from the Philippines, Jay and his family lived in London where Jay ran his bakery for a number of years.
Now you can enjoy his delicious focaccia, sourdough, multigrain breads and pastries at home as he has now opened his small shop in Harborne:
Manila Artisan Breads is open Tuesday to Saturday | 8am to 2pm. (opens 9am on Saturdays) 📍 160 Gordon Road, B17 9EY.
